Charter

Article 1. General Regulation

 

  1. Club "TCM" is a student association, which was established on the initiative of a Russian language teacher and a Xb grade student of Gori Vazha-Pshavela Public School №9;

  2. The club joins the students of Gori სკოლის9 public school named after Vazha-Pshavela in Gori on a voluntary basis;

  3. The club is managed by a board of directors;

  4. The club has a developed program (Appendix №1);

  5. The club is evaluated annually according to a specially designed evaluation questionnaire (Appendix №2)

  6. The club has a name, logo and slogan;

  7. The name of the club is "The change makers" ("TCM")

  8. The slogan of the club is "Opportunities without frames and borders"

Article 2. Goals and objectives of the club

 

2.1.  Pupils  Giving opportunities for self-expression;

2.5. Adapting the acquired knowledge in life;

2.6. Developing presentation skills;

2.7. Demonstrate problem-solving ability;

2.8. Acquisition-sharing of work experience in pairs, groups and individually;

2.9. The club is authorized  To carry out  Any  An activity that  Serves  The goals, interests of the club are focused  On the result  And  Does not contradict  of Georgia  Legislation;

2.10. School Club  The main goals for students are to discuss problematic or interesting issues that arise within the club. Also, organizing various educational activities to develop students' practical and theoretical skills.

 

Article 3. Membership in the Club and Termination of Membership

 

3.1. Of the club  Membership  Is voluntary;

3.3. Applicant for club membership  Should  Apply to the club  In writing  In the form approved by Annex №3 or Annex № 4 to this Statute;

Article 6. Council of Leaders

 

  1. The Board of Leaders consists of three members of the Board of Leaders;

  2. The members of the Board of Directors are elected by the members of the Club by secret ballot;

  3. The members of the club and the head of the club have the right to nominate the leader of the club;

  4. The term of office of a club leader starts from the moment of election and continues until the election of a new leader;

  5. The Board of Leaders plans future events, reviews incoming proposals, monitors the work of the club, participates in the implementation of various projects;

  6. The Board of Directors elects the Information Manager and, if necessary, reviews its impeachment.

 

Article 7. Club members

 

  1. Club member has the right to:

A) Participate in club meetings;

B) Participate in activities planned by the club;

C) receive information about the activities of the club.

  1. The duties of a club member are:

A) follow the club's charter and the decisions made by it;

B) take care of the dignity and authority of the club;

C) take an active part  To contribute to the planned activities and to contribute to the effective functioning of the club.

 

Article 8. Club  working

Article 9. Amendments

 

Amendments and additions to the charter are made as a result of consideration and approval of the relevant proposal at the joint session of the members.

 

Article 10. Club  Activities  Grounds for termination

 

The activities of the club are terminated:

A) by the decision of the club members, if the club has lost relevance (interest in students);

B) Upon expiration of the club.
